what do you mean by "northern blood, southern accent"?

Ma is northern. My folks met up north after Dad moved from India to London to Manchester. They moved back down to Wycombe a little while before I was born, and didn't move back up until my final year of uni.

what's an otaku?

It's Japanese for nerd or geek. I am a nerd. Otaku desu.

how long have you been blogging?

I've been with Blogger since August 2000.

where did you learn web design?

I learned through doing. A lot of practice and a lot of Googling were involved. I was also motivated by a strong sense of perfectionism and a desire to be in complete control of my code.
